This year is known for trial pieces of several commemorative half dollars.
The first is a 1935-S with small 1934 Daniel Boone Bicentennial struck in copper J2041/P2072
The others are all uniface splashers including a 1935-S Arkansas Centennial reverse die trial JA1935-1/P3617
a Hudson, New York Sesquicentennial obverse hub trial JA1935-2/P3620
and finally a reverse die trial of the San Diego California Pacific Exposition. JA1935-3/P3623
