This year is known for the patterns of 3 of the most popular designs ever made on our coinage - the Mercury dime, Standing Liberty quarter and Walking Liberty half dollar.

The "Mercury" dime was designed by Adolph A. Weinman J1981/P2038 This used to be J1794 in earlier editions of Judd.



The Standing Liberty quarter was designed by Herman Macneil J1988/P2048 This used to be J1796A in earlier editions of Judd.



The Walking Liberty half was designed by Adolph A. Weinman J1992/P2053 This used to be J1797 in earlier editions of Judd.
